When will I receive my jewelry?

You can expect to receive your jewelry within 2 weeks from the date of your order. Please note that certain styles, such as diamond fashion pieces, may be shipped even faster, resulting in a delivery time of just one week from the date of your purchase.

Are lower prices an indicator of lower quality?

The founders of Rare Sparkle believe in high quality but without the 10X markup. Our jewelry comes directly from the manufacturers supplying the big profit-driven brands, assuring the same level of quality and checks. When buying from us,  you will never have to worry about quality. 

Can I engrave my jewelry?

Absolutely! We offer engraving services for our jewelry pieces. Personalizing your jewelry with a special message or date can make it even more meaningful and unique.

Please note that any pieces that are engraved will not be eligible for returns. Once an item has been customized, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

How Can I track my order?

We make each piece jewelry on order and notify you once it is ready and shipped. Once your order is shipped, our team emails you a tracking number so you’re able to keep an eye out.

What is the warranty policy?

At Rare Sparkle, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional products and customer service. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces and stand behind each piece we offer. We uphold that all our jewelry pieces will be free from manufacturing defects and hence offer a one year warranty on all our products against any such defects. If you feel experience damage to any of our products within the warranty period, please reach out to us at help@raresparkle.com


*Any repair or services performed by a third party will void the warranty with Rare Sparkle. Our manufacturing warranty precludes normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones or diamonds,

If you experience damage outside of the manufacturing warranty, please contact Rare Sparkle immediately. We will work with you to find a solution that serves you the best.

Do you have the option to finance my deal?

We offer interest-free payment installment plans through Affirm. Click on “checkout with Affirm” option before paying. 

Can i return a deal?

Should you find any reason for dissatisfaction, we offer you the option to return it within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. Please note that our return, exchange, and resize policy timelines initiate upon delivery to your address, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.

To ensure utmost customer satisfaction, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all returns or exchanges within the 15-day timeframe.

Please take note that the following orders are not eligible for return:
– Personalized or resized items
– Items that are damaged or show signs of wear and tear from usage
– Items that have been previously exchanged
– Layaway orders after 15 days from purchase
